It would seem a shame to be stuck indoors at a computer while the weather is so beautiful outside, instead of the post I'd lined up I've swapped the sofa for a deckchair and am currently catching rays in the garden, the big lad is hanging out the washing on the line as I type and everything is as it should be right here, right now. More time to practice yoga has made me realise I don't always have to get everything done in a rush, I should take more time to relax and enjoy the process instead. Before I would have a million projects on the go and I'd want them all done yesterday, maybe it's the just the sunshine but it's certainly more easy to chill out, enjoying time to put the feet up and watch the cats chase butterflies and listen to the chickens happy clucks....
Enjoying wearing the comfiest new (to me) shoes! Thrifted of course, a bargain at £5.99 SO COMFORTABLE!!!
Hope you're having a lovely week, what are you enjoying? Xx
I too have been enjoying the weather, wearing new thrifted sandals, and just generally taking it easy. Cos if you can't enjoy it when it comes it'll just pass you by in a blur of rain before you know it! x
ReplyDeleteSo true Wendy! Everything can just wait!

DeleteI have a hammock frame, so I put up the hammock and lie in the dappled shade of the overhang of my neighbour's ash tree. I can then watch the swifts. They have recently increased from 4 to 10 so presumably youngsters building up their strength before their migration next month.
ReplyDeleteOh Helen that sounds like the perfect way to spend an afternoon! xxx
